Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can experience Premium before committing. If you have any billing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
1. 7-Day Free Trial
All new users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of our Premium features. During this period, you will not be charged. You can cancel your trial at any time before the 7 days are up to avoid being billed.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you forget to cancel your trial or are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
iOS Users: Refunds are processed entirely by Apple. You must request a refund through your Apple ID account settings (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Android Users: You can request a refund through the Google Play Store, or contact our support team with your order number.
3. Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime licenses are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase if you find the app does not meet your expectations.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Premium features until the cycle ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
